The Fund is set up with the objective and purpose to carry on the activity of a Category II AIF. The investments from the Contribution Fund shall be arranged, made, managed and disposed off with the view to achieve long-term capital appreciation and generate superior and consistent risk-adjusted returns for its Investors by primarily making investments in equity, quasi-equity, mezzanine and other permissible financial instruments in small-cap and mid-cap companies in India which are participating and benefiting from the broad India growth story
